The Story

Built on Oklahoma Beef and a Handshake

Ant's Custom Cuts started with a simple frustration: good beef shouldn't be hard to find or hard to trust. Grocery store labels don't tell you much. Ant wanted his neighbors to know exactly where their beef came from, how it was handled, and who to call if they had a question.

Today, Ant partners with Oklahoma cattle producers to source premium beef, has every animal processed at a USDA inspected facility, and packs each order vacuum sealed so it keeps beautifully in your freezer. Every box is put together by hand, and every customer gets local service from someone who answers his own phone.

Where We're Headed

The long-term goal is beef raised start to finish on our own Oklahoma pasture. We're building the herd and the ranch to get there, gate to plate. When it happens, our customers will be the first to know.
